• a Coroner's Inquest or equivalent
• a Royal Commission or Public Enquiry
• criminal proceedings under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 arising from the death of your patient or client

Significant or unusual exclusions

 Any claim, investigations or circumstances:

• known to you before commencement of the policy
• made against any Medical or Dental Practitioner
• for reimbursement of your fees
• insured or indemnified elsewhere
• arising from dishonesty of employees or agents
• arising from clinical trials or research projects
• arising from work carried out in the USA or Canada
